Dorian Yates’ Pre-Workout provides 3000mg of citrulline malate, 3000mg creatine
monohydrate, 2400mg beta-alanine, 1500mg betaine hydrochloride, 1000mg N-acetyl L-Tyrosine, 200mg caffeine and 188mg Rhodiola Rosea, complemented with B vitamins and vitamin C for that energy, longevity and recovery we know to be so important in performance progression.

Instructions for Use
