Delivery Information

By placing an order, you agree to our terms stated below...

If you disagree with any of the terms, Please do not continue to place an order via the website.

We process and ship orders Monday to Friday, our cut off time for same day dispatch is 2pm, Orders placed after 2pm will be sent the next working day. (PLEASE NOTE during busier periods our processing & dispatch times may vary). 

Please NOTE all delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch, NOT from the date of purchase.

Next Day & Standard deliveries are NOT guaranteed within the given estimates also taking into consideration Weekends and Bank holidays. 

A signature may be required upon delivery so please ensure somebody is available at the delivery address to sign for the order. 

It’s important that you provide a valid UK phone number and or email, if for any reason we expect that your order may face delay and will not arrive within the specified times, we will call or email you at the earliest given opportunity. 

Following on you will receive a text message and or email from the courier confirming parcel updates such as a delivery time window or redelivery information. 

Please be sure to check your emails and phone messages after placing the order in case we have tried to contact you. If we have not been informed by the courier of any delays, that is not our responsibility to contact you when we are unaware of any issues.  

If nobody’s going to be in and no signatures isn’t required, then please leave special instructions upon your order notes to a suggest a safe location such as your garage or a neighbour etc.   

If you leave instructions such as (Leave on doorstep or garden etc) and your order is stolen, we can’t take responsibility for this and will NOT under any circumstances issue you a refund or send a replacement order out. 

If someone at your desired delivery address or neighbours address accepts / signs for your order, then they have legally accepted responsibility for its delivery and safety. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for this and will NOT under any circumstances issue you a refund or send a replacement order out. 

If you have entered the wrong delivery address, failed to rearranged delivery or collected from their depot and as a result returned to us. A fee will be charged to reship your order if you choose to request a refund, we will ONLY refund the cost of the item(s) & NOT the delivery charges (where applicable) 

If we make any mistakes i.e., enter the wrong delivery address, enter the incorrect instructions and the order is unretrievable, we will accept full reasonability to either reship or offer a full refund.

Often from time to time things can go wrong with our courier services and delays / disruptions are possible, If we are contacted by them we will inform you at the first opportunity, If we don’t hear from them and you haven’t received your parcel in due time please contact us and we’ll do everything possible to try to retrieve the relevant information.

As a standard unless STATED all our deliveries will go through APC Overnight.
