DY Nutrition Renew EAA Sachets

Dorian Yates’ Essential Amino Acids contain all the amino acids that the body requires but cannot produce itself. There are nine different essential amino acids: histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine,
methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine, which must be obtained through the diet. These fast-absorbing amino acids are vegan and contain zero sugar, making them the perfect workout companion for anyone.

Let’s remind ourselves of the basics, muscle tissue consists of protein, protein is made up of building blocks called amino acids, and some of those amino acids are essential because our bodies cannot make them by themselves meaning it is ‘essential’ that we consume them through the diet. OK, now with that said it is important to stipulate that the Essential Amino Acids (EAA’s) aren’t only essential to muscle tissue but are also critical to a whole host of other processes within the body. Such is the importance of the EAA’s that a protein is only considered ‘complete’ if it contains all the EAA’s.

There are 9 EAA’s including histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine, 3 of which you will note we have discussed at length in the Dorian Yates BCAA’s, namely leucine, isoleucine and valine. You will recall the BCAA’s profound effect on muscle accretion and anabolism, particularly Leucine, whereby their inclusion in a supplement regime can increase lean mass, minimize catabolism, optimize energy and more. However, EAA’s influence an array of bodily functions including those of organs, glands, tendons and arteries, also playing a critical role in wound healing and tissue repair, particularly muscle and bone, but also skin and hair. EAA’s are also involved in neurotransmission, as well as the removal of waste deposits produced during metabolic processes.
