Slow and fast release Protein Blend (Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk), Whey Protein Isolate (Milk, Soy Lecithin)), Glutamine Peptides (Gluten), Cocoa (Chocolate Mousse flavour only), Flavouring, Colour (Beetroot Red in Strawberry Delight flavour only, Beta Carotene in Banana flavour only), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Sweetener (Sucralose).

Directions
Add 33g (one serving) to 150 - 200ml of water in a shaker or blender and mix well.
