What are the delivery charges and terms?

When creating an account on Supplement Junction it is solely for the purpose of storing your shipping address and contact details. We do not sell or otherwise distribute details of our customers to any third parties.

What exactly happens after ordering?

If you have ordered prior to that day’s delivery deadline your order will be packed and shipped same day via DPD Local Next Day service, you will receive an email notifying you of this. If for any reason we are out of stock of any items included in your order you will be notified by the team. However, the stock keeping system on the website should ensure that this doesn’t happen.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes we offer FREE next day delivery on any order costing £69.95 or more, alternatively, select collection as your delivery option and you can pick up your order from the Hanley store when it suits you!

What happens if my item is damaged?

Although we take care great care in packaging your products, sometimes items can get damaged in transit.However,If you receive your item damaged then please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately via email or phone with your order number.We can then arrange a swift replacement for you.

what happens if my order is wrong?

If you have ordered the wrong items then please contact us and we will arrange a new order to be sent out – charges will incur.However, if it is due to an error on our side then we will cover all postage costs for replacing the order.
